• Book a Consultation: full name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred time slot, topic of interest, notes — submitted as demonstration data to illustrate CRM booking features.

All form submissions on this demo are test data and may be reviewed by Heaston Innovations staff or cleared at any time.

• Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution.
• Usage information: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL.
• Network information: IP address, approximate geographic location from IP.
